Phew, you had us hanging.
It was tense I agree. Originally I needed to work from home for the first half of today. I would have been unable to leave as I would have been waiting on a delivery of a clothes rack from England. There is little food of substance in the house, so the plan was to keep the curry overnight and have it for lunch.

However, to my surprise, and resulting in a change of plans that contributed in no small way to the mood of my morning overall, the gentleman delivering the aforementioned clothes rack, out of an act of kindness that was itself a consequence of having missed us on the two days previous, which was the very same misfortune that culminated in my needing to stay home in the first place, arrived at 8am.

So I took the curry to work, and had it for dinner instead of lunch.
