If I want to be dressed down, and dress down in return, Is the beautiful consenting irreverence alive somewhere? i don't mean actually being mean stuff, there is plenty of that out there...I mean talking shit...like friends used to back in the day. I'm so happy that people can have their safe places and all that, but what about my needs? Sometimes you just crave being a dick.
I'd say just be a dick, if it's a craving. Those on the in will roll with it; those out, won't.

I was a lurker (for the most part) on the old forum and read thousands - and I mean thousands - of pages of Crap/Not Crap. Then I signed up and posted maybe fifteen times before the forum went down. Story of my life.

Favourite memory: a thread about using public toilets. Colonel Panic posted a forensically detailed post which had me crying with laughter. I was laughing and crying so hard it took me ten minutes to get through the first paragraph. My partner demanded to know what it was about - and she loves toilet humour - so I did my best to explain, but that set me off again. The second paragraph had the same effect. The post took up a good hour of my time and I haven't laughed that hard since.

Bun cunts was another good one, partly because the notion of someone dividing a doughnut was - is - so baffling to me.

There was also a poster I can only compare to Ignatius J Reilly from A Confederacy of Dunces: obsessive and obsessed, clearly intelligent, made points I occasionally agreed with, often had me in fits of laughter but - because he equally often caused me to roll my eyes and shake my head in a kind of awed despair - I decided I'd be scared of him in real life. Can't remember his bloody name, though...

real heads know
It'd be funny to witness a fight between both bands. I remember being on tour with Minutes in Ohio, when out of the blue he windmills across the floor. Good stuff!
Straight talk...

The kid that takes the first verse and the kid that takes the start of the breakdown from Cordier Street?

All they have to do is start singing solo arias during the course of said fight.

It will suck the will to fight right out of you.
