Bit of a stretch. The woman in the webcomic isn't announcing she doesn't use an iPhone, or imploring people not to use their iPhones (or some equivalent). She's just highlighting that Apple's not paying their fair share of taxes, and drawing attention to their poor compensation for their outsourced labor in China, while the company's products remain overpriced. In posting these things on her iPhone, she is perhaps implicating herself as being complicit--at least that's what off-brand Steve Buscemi would appear to think--but if the above issues were rectified, she would presumably have no issue with using her iPhone and other people using their iPhones.
