I have a High Rise bootleg where everything is distorted, including the drums. I never get sick of listening to it.

Oops. I forgot to mention 'Der Eisenrost'. They are responisible for the clattering noise you hear backing up Tsukamoto Shinya's movies. Tetsuo, Tokyo Fist, Snake in June etc.

They are a mostly percussive group using hammers and the like on homemade metal instruments, car wheels, motorbike engines, washing machines and such. I think the guitar and bass fellows play bean if i'm not mistaken.

We played with Peelander Z once in NYC. They were entertaining and played for over an hour and half. . I think they're Japanese Ex-Patriots.
