Oh shit, sorry if I told you one was a Michigan. I've owned both, and both do the headroom thing well.

I do still have a 50w ceramic Blue Dog that I like. Nice crunch speaker.
No worries man, I love this thing, great combo of speakers. Thank you again!

Man, Deltronics absolutely fucked me back in the day. I had an appt to drop off some gear on a Saturday & they were a no show & got crappy w/ me stating that I did the no-show on them the week previous & I was like "uh scroll up." No response.

This part wasn't their fault but I got blasted w/ a really bad speeding ticket trying to make the appointment too which just made things worse.
Yeah they are hit or miss but they are the only game in town out by me. They have brought some things back from death but also charged me to clean the sliders and pots on a Roland MC-505. Not an analog , why clean the sliders?

Gyraf is G9 dual mic pre. Lundahl transformers in and out. Big sexy thing on bottom is Analogue Addicts dual channel mic pre/or/pultech EQ. Mic pre uses vintage Sowter transformers. Pultech uses Lundahl on inputs and Carnhil on outputs. In EQ mode the EQ itself can be switched out of the circuit, leaving your signal to run through the transformers and tubes. Has a big, dark, relaxed sound. Definitely not neutral. Here are the insides:

I like “etched” sounding recordings for electronic stuff like Richard Devine and Autechre, but that is not what I am going for here : )

Analogue Addicts gear is made by Ian Hall in Milton Keynes in England. Both Ian and Jakob Erland at Gyraf are awesome.
