383I wonder if I got a bonus since I was a first timer? I would assume it's all random but who knows.

389+1 for Tiglex
+1000 for creating the image smell in my brain so perfectly
Re: TRAYNORetcALERT- The "Look What's on Ebay" Thread
390as a sound guy, it's the best shape for a 2x12 IMO. Box 2x12s are terrible if you don't a.) put them on their side in a vertical orientation, b.) set them on a riser of some kind or c.) angle them upwards so you can actually hear what's coming out the speakers somewhat (and then you have to put the head off to the side if it's not a combo which is goofy).
The config in the tigrex example puts one speaker out to the audience & one to the head of the guitar player like a monitor so they can hear/feel things in a normal way on stage. A 2x12 horizontally on the floor will usually beam right into the heads of most crowds and because guitar players out out of the cone of dispersion, they're not hearing what is coming directly out of the speakers and often times compensate the lack of high end information they hear & crank the treble, making it doubly uncomfortable for the audience.
More importantly, I'm not sure there HAS to be a battle...maybe Tigrex and Torlex can be pals like Gilgamesh & Lakshmi...they look like they're teamed up to FSU in this real-life photo
