We've been watching 1899 at my house. It's pretty cool, maybe not as cool as Dark but it's got an absorbing, suspenseful plot. Like all puzzle box shows it's hard to imagine the reveals will live up to the anticipation.

I hate the needle drop trend in shows though. I don't think it's edgy to throw a 60's/70's rock hit on over people in Victorian dress.

I love all of the European polyglot characters as much as the times that someone is expressing their torment in Cantonese or Polish and a sympathetic listener is tragically unable to understand.

This was great BTW. Not actually a comedy at all aside from some humorous points in early episodes.. got ahead of myself there. In fact the whole story flips, which I somewhat expected but not to the degree it did. Clever.
