It took close to three months, but the Staytrem bridge I ordered for a Squier Bass VI is now ready and on its way.

Am looking forward to swapping it in for the subpar stock one.

When that's taken care of, I'll be pretty much done with gear acquisition, mods, and optimizing. It has been a drawn-out journey. A grind even, at times. Patience testing. A whole lotta fun, too, I should add, and informative, but . . . am good now. :)
ZzzZzzZzzz . . .

New Novel.

Hate to be that guy (I don’t really) but it’s probably fake and is extremely cruel if it’s not. I recommend not getting any more.
Maybe cruel, but I don’t think its fake. The coffee tastes and smells extremely woody and earthy and bizarre.

Please share your impressions once you've put them through their places.
Might be a while as I don't have a functional setup going that I can easily patch them into at the moment.

From what I've read, they're a totally useful eq if you're not too hung up on the exact sound of an original pultec. I've got a set of pultec filters from vintagewindings.com and ultimately plan to build a solid state clone with some opamps from capi-gear.com. The KT's were each under $150 though, so I can't really argue with that for a pair of pultec-lites...or even a pair of pre-made faceplates/chassis' for that matter.

I'll try to run something through them in the next week or so and report back.
