Adding to the chorus: these are budget Sonors.

High quality '70s Sonor drums were Teardrops, Champions or Phonics. Unfortunately, Sonor made some cheap drums and put Phonics hardware on them so you have to be extra careful when looking for those. There was a set of "imitation Phonics" on Chicago craigslist earlier this year.

ADC SX-80. It's a little 6 ch analog mixer with a built-in delay / "echo" circuit. I mean, if you really want to send a few instruments or submix through a delay, this could do it. I'm not sure what the appeal is otherwise. Unbalanced, no direct outs. Maybe it sounds cool if you slam it or something, but it's bound to be full of 741s or TL071s or something like that, so it's certainly not high fidelity. No idea what the delay circuit is, but it's probably analog BBD, maybe like a more limited version of a Yamaha E1005.
