He went to St. Ignatius, that's enough for me. And being unfunny. And cheating on his wife and how he handled it. And telling millions of SNL watching dipshits not to vote. He's the cerebral version of the Chicago bro that Connor O'Malley satirizes.

13He's really funny and talented. He seems like an out of touch, childish white collar prick. NC for the comedy, with waffles. Did he really tell people not to vote? All I can find online is that he said "vote in the old man contest".

14i guess it's not surprising that the least funny people alive find one of the best comedians working today not to their liking.
the new special was tremendous.

Much of his subject matter hits way too close to home for me to laugh, though.

If memory serves me correct: Lenny Bruce and Bill Hicks were also pricks with some sketchy personal behavior to account for.
Re: Comedian: John Mulaney
18The dude was born with a rare disorder, combination smug voice and face. It's often part of why he's funny and part of why he's hard to like at the same time. He is an excellent comedian and not crap either way. This doesn't make him an excellent person.
Re: Comedian: John Mulaney
19Did Bill Hicks have a single funny bit, ever? Or was it all just third-eye-opening stuff for Rev. Maynard? I really can't remember. It's been over 20 years since I watched any of his stuff.Geiginni wrote: Wed May 03, 2023 12:41 pmAgreed.akosinski wrote: Wed May 03, 2023 9:39 am i guess it's not surprising that the least funny people alive find one of the best comedians working today not to their liking.
