I lost access to it after I forgot my Firefox account password and lost access to all the logins. I tried to to change my password for it to something I could remember instead of a randomly generated collection of characters but I never got the email.

depends on how old. if it's been over 2 years, your account is gone for good. doesn't matter what your password is.
