Not an apple fan (must be my least favorite fruit) but it's green all the way.

Apples are about the only fruit I can stand to eat, probably because they're closer in texture to a vegetable.

Fuji or Gala, whichever one is on sale. I detest a tart apple.

For eating by themselves, Red.
For recipes like apple cobbler, I use both.

The northwest is an embarrassment of riches when it comes to apples. I haven't had to eat red delicious since I lived in Mass. Those things are atrocious; there are tastier wax apples.
