They arrived today but I haven't unpacked them yet. I've been mulling over coaxial monitord for a couple of years, and everything tells me they are what I'm looking for to suit my space and setup.
Are those concentric drivers?

Yup! Just hooked them up and they sound great. I considered the 5"s and the 8"s but they were too small/too big. These mama bears are just right.

Haven't been on here in a minute, but a few weeks ago I made a detour to the Kenosha Music Go Round before playing a show in Chicago because they had this:

A Marshall JCM 800 2204 with 6550 tubes and vertical inputs, from 1983. Dead mint condition. It even came with the original vinyl slip cover. A long time ago I sold my '81 JCM 800 2203 and have regretted it ever since. This one sounds every bit as good as that one, maybe even better to be honest.

I also picked up one of these Legendary Tones Hot Mod V2 Evo things and installed it into the 800. Holy shit, it completely slays:

Definitely going to be letting a few amps go (including a Traynor YBA-1 and a JCM 900 MkIII) because, frankly, this might be the best sounding amp I've ever plugged into. I'll be posting those in the Gear Liquidation thread soon.
