Runs on Linux. Somebody with a steamdeck see if you can do this.
Any thoughts on Renoise?
you didn't ask me, but I LOVE renoise, personally. I've managed to use it live at one show, but it's not very fun/physical to use live, though I am still trying, as it is basically the only electronic "gear" I have right now. It's an extremely powerful tracker. Here's two things I've done with it :

(there's a whole album of this stuff in my sig)

But if you wanna see someone who's a MASTER at it, check out Ghostwerk

Teal Stripe - heavy indie rock
Inverted Candles - antifascist blackmetal
Mirage Music Club - YMO worhip (let us score your indie game)
Service Model - we have Aphex Twin at home

I’ve been reamping acoustic guitar and voice a lot this weekend and I don’t know how I could ever hack it without a live sound mixer.

Previously recorded finger picked and mic’d acoustic guitar on one track > reamped acoustic signal feeding a 100% wet melotron pedal > overdriven amp recorded with a dynamic and ribbon on another two tracks > melotron sounds feeding another track of 100% wet reverse reverb > all blended together and played through the mixer

Done right it sounds like finger picked acoustic guitar triggering weather events. Still working on it though

Sounds great, and let us know when/if it’s available for listening.
