I’m having mixed feelings about it. The bass drums are a little too prominent in the mix, and at times I feel like I’m listening to a Voivod cover band. Interesting to hear, but I doubt I’ll favor these versions over the originals.

That's all true. I still find it a charming celebration though. It sounds fun.
