Do you ever google a picture of the back of a piece of gear so that you can find the correct input/output by touch, rather than removing it from a rack, crawling behind a desk, getting out a flashlight, etc?
I just did that now for my RME UCXII, and doing so made me realize that I do this quite a bit.
As a designer, I find it terribly irritating when a manufacturer does not include a high-res picture of the back of a piece of gear on the product webpage.
It may be a bit old school, but my first concern isn't the UI, the SaaS, cloud hosted services, or use of AWS. I want to see a picture of the guzzintos and guzzouttas. That's my first step in evaluating the suitability of a piece of gear for an application.
