Nah, I let 'em be. There are usually about three here, though rarely as big as this.
I do the same. It's a whole ecosystem you need to keep in balance.

The tiny spiders eat the dust mites (that's a good thing).
The bigger spiders at the smaller spiders, sliverfish and fruit flies.
The centipedes eat the big spiders (and ants).

The centipedes are the apex predators of the household ecosystem - despite what the cat and dog might assume.
