Even the finest olive oil is wildly overrated. The best olive oil I've ever tasted tasted just kinda fine. Butter tastes good as hell and browns shit way better. Summer Squash and onions browned in butter with garlic is better than any veg cooked in olive oil in any way you choose to do it. Also, if I saw someone pour Olive Oil on a baked potato over using butter I'd call the cops on them.
