47the Béruriers noirs, probably the most famous punk from the 80's in france :
Marvin and Papier Tigre were mentioned before. (
They do something called the "Colonie de vacance" : four bands (marvin, papier tigre, electric electric, pneu) playing a show together, each band on a corner playing simultaneously and the public in the center, it seems fun !
There are a lot of rock-noise bands who love some fucked up metrics in their music :

Some rock in Occitan (a dialect from the south which nearly disappeared and is often defended by regionalists, mainly conservatives and racists, so i'm glad to hear other ways of making it alive !) :
