2522Paramore - This is Why (2023)
Franz Ferdinand type disco rock. Not my thing.

2523Naomi Scott - Say Nothing
The lead role in the latest Charlie's Angels movie also recorded some music. The songs are lacking, some lyrics are corny and she often picks styles she does poorly, but she can sing really well. A good collab would have potential.

25241916 is the album that actually made me a fan. Another Perfect Day is maybe my fav. Bastards is excellent also. Ditto Sacrifice. Ditto Inferno.
I like Ace of Spades, but I don't think it's their best. Certainly the classic era is my least fav era of Motörhead.

2526King Princess - Pain
Grew on me quickly. The feel of a kind of off-kilter 90s pop. Catchy, ballsy, sexy, somewhat abrasive and chaotic.

I have a tracker program - can't remember which one, a more recent but styled after the classics - but like what is the baseline for getting to actually do something in them?pachinko-devil wrote: Thu Oct 26, 2023 11:03 amHell yeah, I love tracker music. Mwahaha I loved this record when it came out in 2003. It's a little corny and some parts curiously close to national contemporaries The Sounds (which I hated), but the best parts are like Missing Persons or something, not crap.

2529Painkiller would be better without "Touch of Evil."kokorodoko wrote: Sun Oct 22, 2023 12:41 pm ^ I like Painkiller, tho it's a bit too long. Another Thing Coming is also good. The rest mostly has something irritating about it.
My favorite will always be Sad Wings of Destiny.
