Just curious - thanks for replies.

I really like certain vocalists (Nick Cave, Joel Phelps, Jeff Magnum, Tom Waits, Nick Drake, Yamataka Eye, Mark Kozelek, Van Morrison) and lyricists (Tom Verlaine, Van Morrison, JRLP, the SKWM guys, etc.), and supposedly I have a decent voice, but most of my musical activity is instrumental. So yeah, my performances and releases have all been instrumental to date, as is much of my listening. I dunno, at the moment I don't have a whole lot to say vocally to people in music; I'd rather let the guitar do the talking.

Mr. Rickard - I've just checked out your music at onezero - I am impressed with your enterprise and focus - you are a serious artist, and you set a good example to those of us whose muse is not a commercial one.

i played in an instrumental band for about 4 years. We got a vocalist in our 5th year of being a band, I totaly regret that move.
