Everything I have done on band camp has been pretty basic: sell digital release, sell t-shirt, etc.
We have a new EP coming out in March, but am planning to put up a pre-order in Feb. This time, it is going to be a physical release, digital, and a new t-shirt design (as well as re-issuing the first EP on record as well).
What I want to do is set up a package deal. If you buy both records you save a few bucks, if you buy both records and a t-shirt, you save more. I know this is possible, but I can't seem to figure it out. The walkthrough I found via bandcamp seems to be outdated. I see how to add single pieces of merch, but can't seem to find the option to put them together. Any help for dumb-dumb?
Re: Bandcamp Help?
2You have to create a separate “package” item with the discount applied—there’s nothing with Bandcamp that lets you set up the discount based on specific items in a cart, it has to be one “item” they add for both the record and shirt:Owen wrote: Sun Jan 14, 2024 11:57 am Everything I have done on band camp has been pretty basic: sell digital release, sell t-shirt, etc.

If you go to add merch, there is no option for a package. There is just options for single physical items: vinyl, shirts, posters, etc. I see you can add a digital track or download to the order but not an additional physical item.
Am I just over thinking this and you just select "Other" and simply add photos of (for example) the record and the t-shirt, title it "SHIRT AND RECORD PACKAGE!" and set the price?

4Yeah, that's essentially it. Create a new line-item for your package.Owen wrote: Sun Jan 14, 2024 2:06 pm Am I just over thinking this and you just select "Other" and simply add photos of (for example) the record and the t-shirt, title it "SHIRT AND RECORD PACKAGE!" and set the price?

5Thanks y'all for helping me figuring it out. Easier than I was making it.
