Came across a used copy of II, Music On Vinyl reissue, for $13. I don't think I had ever heard it and I haven't heard the first one in decades. The best I can say is it sounds like that era of Bowie that comes after this collaboration. It sounds like a '90's Bowie record. They even cover a Bowie song.

NOT CRAP but not amazing.
