Honestly, I think Tim Walz has broken the spell. He was the first to call them weird, and it started to pierce that bubble. When you listen to him talk, he says some very simple things about it: "Don't make them out to be bigger than they are, just call them out, make them small and move on." That is basically the strategy right now and it's working. They call Trump and Vance weird, then move on to their positive messaging and make it about them, not how awful Trump is. It's so simple and effective, it's funny how easy it was to miss when you look back at 2016 and 2020.

I am absolutely enjoying watching the Harris/Walz campaign troll Trump and Vance, who almost always take the bait and look like fools.

Probably some of both. People do change their views sometimes. She has admitted to regretting some of what she did while DA and AG, and she said this before Biden dropped out.

She also was involved in making it protocol that all California police officers have to wear body cameras and a curriculum teaching how to recognize bias in policing.

The prison fire-fighter thing is fucked, for sure, but, the whole prison labor system is fucked, she cannot be blamed for that.

MAGA cannot say she was soft on crime! But, I bet they'll try.

She ain't perfect, no. She IS better than Biden.
