Oh, wild. What an obscure band to reference. (That's praise, by the way.) I remember seeing these records when they were new, maybe in the early '90s. All I can contribute is that the woman who was one of the two drummers on the first Nice Strong Arm LP (and voiced the sexy spoken part on Scratch Acid's "She Said") played drums in Star Pimp. Tempted to vote NC based on that, but I don't think I've actually heard this group...

A great band with a really weird singular sound: that sick growling bass and the loopy sliding guitar over the top (never heard a guitar like it) and all the wailing going on with the vocals. Seraphim was so cool although their follow up on KRS I remember was not that great. Unfairly forgotten.
