Jesus, that’s brilliant. I fucking hate Mozza’s voice and… him. Marr’s singing is way better on this than the Smiths version. I’d happily go to a Marr show just playing Smiths tunes.

I like Morrissey's singing, but Johnny sounds great on this.
Would go to see this live.. I don’t disagree that it’s a bit soulless but 1) it’s kind of the nature of the song and 2) it’s a recording without an audience.

Instrumentation is spot-on.

Moz will be playing not far from me in Waukegan in a couple of months (assuming it is not cancelled) but I really have no interest in giving him my money.
