I like their record - like, not love - but they definitely kicked massive ass when I saw them live. I don't think they have the experience as a recording/arraging band to take best advantage of their strengths on tape.

i dont really like them.

the lead singers voice is quite good.

the lead guitarist is my secretaries brother.

I enjoy this record.

I think they are a good band.

I like the record more upon every listen.

I don't care what hype/press they garner... I think their music stands up.

I feel they are only slightly derivative... meaning I can't put my finger on one particular influence but a group of influences

BTW: these guys can actually play and aren't afraid to right good songs with good parts. Great song-craft, great playing, varied styles from song to song.

But..... I hate the guitrist tries to sound and look like Jonny Greenwood.... Floppy fringe...... Over bending notes on solos....

I also hate the way the album was mixed. Some of the drums are so compressed it just sounds shit, farty and dead. Good drumming, lifeless sound.

Very "solid" live. But I can't remember how a single song goes. And that, my friends, means CRAP!!!
