The very best faith interpretation is that they are just saying “he’s a hypocrite!”, and one gives a shit about hypocrisy for hypocrisy’s sake, especially Trump’s, which is something that the Democrats should have learned fucking ages ago, and at worst the attack implies that it’s *bad* he allowed it. God, it’s maddening
Kamala: Trump is NOT a consistent transphobe.
Trump:... OK

Lately, she’s faced a barrage of attacks from the Trump campaign, accusing her of supporting “transgender surgeries for inmates and illegal aliens.” In a Fox News interview last month, Harris distanced herself from the 2019 ACLU questionnaire that the ads reference, stating that it no longer reflects what she is “proposing or running on.”
so dumb. i want to run for president too. they'll just let anyone try now.

So it’s looking like the veil has come off the Israeli position in the current section of the conflict, “until you let the hostages go it’s total war.”

In my opinion it’s time for Hamas to capitulate and disband for the sake of Palestinians.

I should add, I think there’s zero chance our governments will rein in their singular ally in the region as long as it’s a war against Hamas for geopolitical reasons.

Hamas is a religious militia with the end game of the annihilation of the state of Israel. I don’t think caring about Palestinians is the goal. You could argue that secular national liberation movement of the PLO had a position that could be seen as capable of negotiated settlement based on UN resolutions but that is absolutely not the case in Hamas. Hamas are basically the Contras but backed by Iran.

Oh, and I’m pretty sure most western leaders have said Hama don’t care about Palestinians ad nauseum
