The fact is her original answer to the bibi question was sooooo bad that it went viral & threatened to overshadow the entire 21 minute segment. That is why cbs really edited it, but they can’t just say that without losing their claim to objectivity. I will be generous and say it’s the classic case of a low level staffer doing something stupid and forcing the company to pretend it’s not actually stupid.
CBS’ non apology would be embarrassing from any organization, but from so called journalists, who specialize in digging deep and uncovering the real reason things happen in the world, it’s actually insulting.
Or you could just come out and say you liked her answer. Then we could “agree to disagree.”

All tv appearances are cut and edited. That is the medium. If you discovered that to be suspicious in this case you're a mark.
