He doesn't have policies, not really. Also, thinking that a single person could substantially change the course of US foreign policy, even if they are the president, seems a little naive. If they genuinely wanted to and expressed as much, they would not be let anywhere near the whitehouse. If they said nothing and started trying to do it after gaining the presidency, they would undoubtedly meet with some 'accident' or have an induced cardiac event.
