Hi, everybody. My name is Mike, this is my first post here. I just wanted to drop a link to a puppet show episode I made about Steve. I realize how ridiculous that sounds. It’s just a little project I started this year, a scripted podcast starring a couple of crows. The general idea is to spotlight different topics that you might not normally see covered in a funny setting like a puppet show. (For instance, Steve’s episode came after the Throbbing Gristle episode and before the most current Shudder to Think episode.) I am not a puppeteer, just a guy working with puppets.

I was in the middle of editing Steve’s episode when he passed, but I decided to post it as is (on the release date of the new Shellac record a few days later). I’m a huge fan of Steve and all of your work at EA, and I’ve always wanted to record something there (still do), so please know that this was done out of love and respect. I tried to lace the episode with as many Steve references as possible, most of which might’ve only made him and his family (you) chuckle. I really only wanted you all to like this (which is probably why the project will forever be super-niche, which is totally fine with me).
