My brother lives in a State of Illinois Developmental Center and relies on Medicare, Medicaid, and a few other Federally funded programs. I haven't been able to concentrate at work all day. My parents have told me my whole adult life that I'd never have to worry about his well-being when they're gone, because he'd always be covered by Medicare and Medicaid.

So many of the Trump 1.0 era stuff was either indirect/abstract (enabling hate speech, inspiring bigots), or just logistically bone headed and impossible (the so called Muslim ban). This type of shit is what freaks me out about the new regime. This is a direct, damaging move.
