DEI STOLE YOUR MEDICARE!!!!
They do probably think DEI is a person. Them's initials like J. Lo.
We're headed for social anarchy when people start pissing on bookstores.

It’s mostly because they’re already tariffed to fuck. So you’re on to something, but its also so assholes keep buying Teslas instead of Chinese competitors. Also speaks to the fact that previous administrations were already busy eating Musk’s ass.
Current US tariffs on Chinese goods vary from 100% on electric vehicles to 25% on steel and aluminium. Until now, several top-selling items have been exempt, including electronics, such as TVs and iPhones.
On Wednesday, BYD reported revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 of 201.12 billion yuan ($28.24 billion), up 24% from a year ago.
That exceeded Tesla’s revenue of $25.18 billion reported for the same period.

Bear in mind that China stands to benefit tremendously from any trade war that results in US allies looking to solidify relations with alternative trading partners. Trump and his Heritage Foundation cronies are the ideal people to put in power if your end goal is to weaken the United States as a superpower. China has greatly expanded its influence in Latin America and it is accelerating. The American people are playing themselves and they're too blinded by their own hatred for minorities to see it. Expect Canada to tighten relations with China and the EU.

I am a little conflicted about a few things. A lot of seniors are going to suffer because Medicaid (a lot of them are on elderly waivers or long-term care waivers, and you have to be on Medicaid to get these), Social Security, and Medicare are going to be prime targets, not to mention a whole lot of them need insulin. On the one hand, it's just desserts because they voted for Trump assuming they would enrich themselves at the expense of the young, the gay, and the brown. On the other hand, they're still people, and there's going to be so much needless suffering - I don't even want to think about it. What am I going to tell them? All I'm going to be able to do is get them a cab to whatever homeless shelter has space, assuming the hospital still has charity funds to pay for it after the health care system starves to death.

Canada in particular may want to explore reversing Diefenbaker's folly and greatly expanding its defense industry and military capability. As the US collapses, things are going to get ugly for anyone on our borders. You don't want to be around an actively psychotic person backed into a corner with a gun unless you have a bigger gun. Maybe a positive will be the end of the American empire and its strangle hold on the western world. The question is - will China become the same thing under another name? Will their "advisors" keep Latin America under the same kind of iron grip?

There's a lot happening and it's hard to keep up. But do you think media outlets not favorable to Trump will get their license revoked and shut down? I know it sounds crazy to say, but it doesn't seem crazy to say something like this anymore...

That's perhaps one of the only semi-logical reasons to tariff Mexico: to get China. Probably the proverbial cut off your nose to spite your face, but it makes slightly more sense than as a strategy to stop fentanyl.
