Hard to go wrong with some plain old vintage style Gotohs or Klusons, imo.

I think the issue with the vintage style Gotohs or Klusons is that they're genuinely "vintage style" and made for an 11/32 (~8.8mm) hole in the headstock and that's the one size the Squier headstock holes are least likely to be, with 8mm and 10mm more likely candidates. If the holes are 10mm, Gotoh and Kluson sell "conversion bushings" that you can use with the vintage tuners. If they're 8mm holes it would be much easier to get 8mm replacement tuners.

This doesn't require nearly as much thought these days as Mac connections are way more standard than the old days. Any bluetooth mouse will do the job and any HDMI monitor.

Monitors have become extremely affordable, get the biggest one you can afford/fit in your space. You don't need anything fancy for audio. If you're also doing video/graphics, then maybe more homework is needed, but at my previous employer they gave me 2 of the cheapest $99 27" monitors and while I raised an eyebrow, they were absolutely fine throughout my tenure. If they die on you, open it up, look for bulging/leaking caps, same as any amplifier.

I'm a fan of the Logitech M720 mouse (& keyboard) just because there are 3 pairings for multiple machines. My day job had me flipping between computers a lot so it was a very useful feature for me.

I believe Kluson Deluxe tuners will fit in the existing ferrules in a Squier Classic Vibe. No experience on other Squier models. What I will say, is that if you get the Kluson Supremes, these will absolutely not fit in those ferrules. You have to use the ones that come with (the shaft is way bigger. AND you will have to ream the peg holes slightly to get the new ferrules to fit.

As some advice for anyone thinking of getting the Supremes… I had a set on a guitar and they’re great. So I order more. Pay attention to what you get. The new ones were staggered (not my fav) instead of the same height. But more importantly those had a LOT of slop. Just terrible. I ordered another set that wasn’t staggered and they are tight and awesome. So… the good ones were in a very green box. The shitty ones (either newer or maybe fake?) were in a light blue box.

Guitar wall hangar recommendations. I've had these ones from Hercules but the shitty metal shaft between the wood base and the hangar breaks over time, or maybe it's because I'm hanging a bunch of 12 lb metal guitars off of them. String Swing, Proline, etc all look fine but would be curious about folks real world experience.

I've got this one from String Swing and am a fan! It helps that it's anchored into studs within the wall, but it's been able to hold guitars no problem (including a few aluminum-necked ones at a time) since I got it in 2022.
