Build quality of Teslas has apparently gone from industry pioneer to Titan submersible.
Not a fair comparison. The Titan didn't fall apart at normal pressure like the CyberSkip.

For clarity (and you may well already be aware) but the reason they aren't sold in Europe (or at least the UK) is because it can't pass safety regulations.

It's an interview with musk's 20 year old kid who has disowned him. She seems funny and clever.
I love how Teen Vogue is actually a solid journalistic magazine. I remember last Trump administration they were putting out good stuff.

Some dipshit imported one to England. It got impounded outside a Morrison’s supermarket. Basically our version of Walmart, so very on brand.

Edit.

Even funnier. It’s was an Albanian guy. He got it back but can’t drive it. So basically an episode of Family Guy.

It’s to do with crumpling evidently. Cars and SUVs in Europe have to have impact offsetting to reduce fatalities. The Cyber Truck - seriously, that name 😂- is just three tons of steel and aluminium. Hit something with it at speed and everyone dies. They’ll never be legal here without major reengineering.

I don't think I made so good of an impression with my partner's college friends last night.

Last night me, my partner, and three of his old college friends went out for dinner and then back to our place for hangs. Over the past 48 hours all I''d been hearing about them was how cool and radical and lefty they were. The words "anarchist" and "communist" were used in abundance. "when we lived in wicker park blah blah blah...." should've been an indicator that I was about to get mired in some milquetoast liberal version of radicalism.

All. I. Said. was that Democrats suck, always ruining any chance of progressivism because of their corporatism and got met with "Joe Biden was great for black people." That exact phrase came roaring out of a commie mouth with no stumbling or hesitation. Soon after I began to censor myself as well as feel guilty for censoring myself because I didn't want to appear angry and be angry. I got angry a few weeks ago when we got pulled over by the cops on a traffic violation. I get angry from watching the news. He doesn't watch the news, doesn't want to talk politics, but has no problem talking shop with his wicker park anarchist college pals who think Biden is great for black people.

That stinks, Randall. I hope you can talk about your feelings with your partner and he gets it or tries to get it, including your feelings about last night. You don't have to control what his old friends think about you, and you don't have to censor your own feelings about them to yourself.
