Musically, not especially similar. If it's the schoolboy outfit, Kinks "Schoolboys In Disgrace" came out in 1975, Angus Young had already been wearing his schoolboy outfit onstage for at least a year by then on another continent. Coincidence at best.

AC/DC is hardly a Kinks ripoff. They were clearly influenced by Slade and probably some of the Australian shit like Coloured Balls.

I don't think that you get Angus if Paul Kossoff is not there right before what Angus did in AC/DC.
