Like all articles like this (someone, old or young, yelling at clouds), it has some truth and some bullshit, IMO. Lamenting the decline of the sheet music "industry" is kinda funny.

It's funny that a guy who released a record in 1988 featuring a limp piano trio recording of All the Things You Are is opining about the state of music today etc. Finger totally on the pulse, then as now.
