Studio B tracking setup question

1
I'm going to be working with a band that has the following instrumentation:

drum kit
upright bass
two electric guitars
pedal steel

The band wants to record live and overdub vocals later. The two guitar players and the pedal steel player don't want to record with headphones and would rather listen through speakers as they record. The bass player doesn't care either way, as long as he is not using a DI. Both guitar players and the pedal steel player have their own amps that they would like to bring in and record with. There is a chance that one of the guitar players will be playing acoustic guitar on a few numbers, live with the band. All members of the band need at least some sort of eye contact at certain points with the drummer because of some ritards and tempo changes in the music. The group is very well rehearsed, but punching in and fixing certain parts later is not out of the question.

If this group were to book Studio B at Electrical, what would be the best way to set everyone up to accomplish this?
