When I mentioned this then-upcoming release as promising a few pages back, I hadn't heard the whole thing and didn't yet know how great it would turn out to be.

Traveling Light is very much my shit. Colorful; moody; a little downbeat but not depressive; lacking vocals; jazz adjacent in a non-watered-down way; cosmopolitan; futuristic; lovely in its expansiveness.

I believe it will go down as one of "those" albums that never sounds behind the times. Would recommend almost anyone add it to their collection if they've got a pair of ears.
