I've been waiting for this day. I've literally dreamt the headline that might be in tomorrow's Houston Chronicle - "Delay Indicted." I haven't yet heard the wailing and gnashing of teeth from nearby Sugar Land, but I'm sure it's forthcoming.
Poor Tom - looks like it's back to spraying roaches for him.

My prediction as well. The prosecution will lose their case, not finding enough evidence that there was laundering (or enough to pin conspiracy charges on Dela), and he wil be "vindicated"...campaign contributions will continue as normal. It will be an ineresting watch though..

The jackasses are already saying his trial could take 3 years. Meanwhile he is still a "powerful advisor" to the Republican party. 3 years.
