Not Bush = Not Crap.

DIANE SAWYER

"Again, I'm just trying to ask, these are supporters, people who believed in the war who have asked the question."

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH

"Well, you can keep asking the question. And my answer's gonna be the same. Saddam was a danger. And the world is better off because we got rid of him."

DIANE SAWYER

"But stated as a hard fact, that there were weapons of mass destruction as opposed to the possibility that he could move to acquire those weapons still."

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH

"So what's the difference?"

Actually, I was watching CNN the other day, and the Republican strategists that were on said, "If Dean wins the Democratic nomination and we do a good job [with the Bush campaign], we'll win, but not by much."

I didn't see that. Wow, maybe they're starting to get some idea of how many people are going to vote for Anybody-but-Bush.

I don't know enough about him yet to vote, but I'm sure he has to be better than Bush. I really like Dennis Kucinich, but he's not gonna make it.

Can somebody give me a link to the audio of Dean's speech after the Iowa caucus last night? You know, the part where he sounded like he was singing for a grindcore band? That shit was hysterical and I want to hear it over and over.

Thank you.

seriously, is this guy trying to throw the election? Just when he is leading the polls, he starts going nuts at every rally. His behaviour even puts GW on a aircraft carrier to shame.

It seems like Dean might have blown it with that speech. I haven't been following all the campaigning & personalities closely, but I've heard lots of misgivings about dean; now I might have an idea where they're coming from.

I've been critical of Michael Moore's moviemaking style & blowhard-liberal ways, but I do respect his opinion; and his adamant endorsement of Wesley Clark means quite a bit to me. Especially when he says: " I am convinced that the surest slam dunk to remove Bush is with a four-star-general-top-of-his-class- at-West-Point-Rhodes-Scholar-Medal-of-Freedom-winning-gun-owner-from-the-South -- who also, by chance, happens to be pro-choice, pro environment, and anti-war. You don't get handed a gift like this very often."

Moore claims that Clark is now a "liberal democrat," which I can't imagine is actually true. Still, I think he could be right about Clark being the most likely of the bunch to win.

I was watching the Iowa Caucusses' post-coverage on Monday night, and my mom happened to be in the room. After Dean's speech, she said "Thank you Jess Ventura!"

Openly expressing Dean as my number-two-choice-for-president, I was truly embarassed on tuesday.

that just proves that michael more is an idiot. everyone knows clark has been flat out lying and contradicting himself at every opportunity. hell, i've even heard sound clips of him from before the war with iraq saying " we KNOW they have wmd." some radio talk show host played him the clip and asked if he said that, and replied "no." there's even debate over whether he's actually a democrat.

so in conclusion, fat michael moore really knows how to pick a winner.
nothing against you, spoot- just those guys get on my nerves.
