"Krusty" by Papa M makes me incredibly happy, as does "Dear Prudence" by the Beatles.

I miss that side of the 'jo. The first track on the ariel m record, the one from Live from a shark cage with the voicemails... the man made some damn pretty and simple instrumentals...

For the past week or so it's been "Love Letter" from No More Shall We Part by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.
Previous songs have included "Eureka I.V." from The Grifters' Eureka EP and that version of "Slip Away" that's on the mid/late-90's Neil Young & Crazy Horse live record titled Year Of The Horse.
And the Sam Cooke version of "Nobody Knows The Trouble I've Seen" from Night Beat.
Oh yeah, and also "Soon" by Low, "Thief" by Can, and "I'm Coming Home" by Otis Redding.
EDIT: Keep remembering more songs I forgot to mention. Must stop. Now.

come to think of it, let's not forget the live grifters tune that closes out the aforementioned
half-cocked soundtrack.
