Although I've been through my share of crap, the worst of it hasn't been a matter of it visiting me from within or without, like cancer or the death of a loved one. I guess I'm hung-up on the semantics.

But I got caught up in a destructive relationship that had me lower than low and bat-shit crazy for a long time. That's probably the worst of it.
