I believe "Tonight's the Night" would be right up near the top of that list. If I remember right, I read that not only were all 5 musicians coked up for the whole session, but David Briggs was stoned out of his gourd as well.

Jackson Browne's
Running On Empty is one of the only albums I can think of where you actually get to hear the artist snorting a line, but beyond his self-indulgence, I'm not so sure the music really captures the effects of the drug all that well.
