i've heard many arguments against this film, but fuck it, i wasn't expecting 2001, i wasn't even expecting suspiria, i was expecting a throw away 90 pointless farce, a la fulci, joe d'amato et al.

i also like seeing people being fucked up beyond belief (though i was actually surprised, compared to 70s and 80s gorefests, this was pretty sparce)

Porn for half an hour, then gore for an hour, then sweeeeeeet revenge. Film revenge is cool. Real life revenge is nasty and terrible, but the revenge in a film is so good. This film's revenge rules. You watch some horrible nasty stuff happen to this guy and his friends, then the one guy gets his own back on every fucking cunty cunt responsible. The nasty stuff is too nasty, this isn't a date film. I couldnt help but cheer the main character on at the last half hour. texas chainsaw is lame because the girl just runs away, in a film you must kill every bastard responsible for your pain. Squirm.
