I like most things Dose has done and Lif is a lot of fun live. I have a seething hatred for Sage Francis and the others I don't care for. I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to suck it or some such.

What's the beef with Francis? He's just a guy that can rap well. I should suck it 'cause what? Have fun jogging to Aesop's 44 minute Nike track.

It's the only way I'll be able to achieve the sound I hear in my head.

I've hated him since I first heard that "I'm different, in a different way" song. It just infuriated me. It's irrational, but that song is the worst. The whole album is embarressing and he should be ashamed. My girlfriend would play A Healthy Distrust a lot, and I guess it was ok in that music that my girlfirend plays that I can tolerate kind of way.

My request for you to suck it was a joke and I'm unsure as to whether that was clear. Now I'm all neurotic. I have no defense for the 40 minute jogging song. So stupid.
HELLO!

Raise the motherfuck bar, people.

Damn, and I was gonna come to Electrical Audio to do my new hip hop album, like some "next level shit." Fuck, guess I gotta go to Puffycombs. And I have a whole track where I be quotin' straight Paradise Lost and shit! Man and samplin' Denholm Eliot readin' Bill Shakeyshake's The Tempest- fuck a bitch!

It's very good and pretty different from anything else he's done. I am now really excited about the new album.

Did you watch the David Banner cartoon they had on last night?

No. Other than that it is apparently very good, I know next to nothing about adult swim.

lif is not that fun live... i dunno, he's just sort of a nerd and not in a fun way. el-p is good but was grating the one time i saw him as well, he kind of came off (in attitude) as hip hop's kid rock (ok, although i know about 10,000x more talented and produces some very nice stuff)--although they're playing here with mr. dibbs in a couple of weeks and we're gonna check that shit out. i liked sage francis quite a bit for a few months but then out of nowhere i hated the guy--maybe it was the strait edge thing or that fact that he takes himself SO seriously. now i can't listen to any of it. atmosphere sucks. oh yeah, and once again, aesop rock suuuucks. oh... and cage... man... what happened to that guy?
