I haven't. But if there was ever a song that made me want to vote CRAP on a group...

"The Sun Always Shines on TV" is a great song, if a bit cloying.

I used to be fond of "take on me" until I had to sing it in a cover band for a party and having gotten fairly intimate with the number I have to say it's total crap.

I like this one better that 'Take On Me'
I'm sure I've heard an awful ska-punk cover version of 'Take On Me'.
*quick google*

I think you can see the new A-ha video
here.
Note: I just checked the link, and you have to register some details in order to watch the video. I'll leave the link up anyway, just in case.

I just heard this album for the first time a couple weeks ago. "Sun Always Shines On TV" was really good. "Take On Me" was really good. I was coaxed into singing along, even though I only knew about 40% of the words. It was pretty hilarious.
The rest of the songs on that album ranged from "not doing much for me, hearing them for the first time as a 31-year-old man" to "yeah, can we skip this one".
This is not an easy C/NC!
Two fine songs and a truly amazing video. Actually amazing, at the time, and even today it's still damn fine compared to most any video that's come since...
Ah hell, NOT CRAP. WF:8

"Living A Boy's Adventure Tale" is the best song on this album.
There are other excellent songs on this album, including
"Train Of Thought" and
the title track.
I try to refrain from judging songs after only one listen. This is because I am a better person than you, scott.

This is a very, very good way to be. In this case, some were not even "one listen", but more like "partway through, I didn't want to hear the song anymore". There may be something there I was missing. Perhaps I will give it another go.

Brad. I am wearing my ".22 The Worker" tshirt right now.
Now I am taking it off.
Maybe I will wear it again sometime. But only after you've cried yourself dry.
Brad, will you be in Chicago anytime soon? There's a cockpunch I've been meaning to give you.
