fuck yeah..this is the best Slayer since "Seasons"..in fact, I like it better then that one. Lots of neat stuff on this one. Despite competetion from the new Celtic Frost and new VoiVod, the new Slayer rules all. No contest.

My favorite thing about Slayer when they are operating in peak form is that they are the most stupid/brilliant thing going. The fact that it offends so many people in that "twelve year old" kind of way is icing on the cake.

Yes, it's probably the best since "Seasons", but only because they're ripping themselves off so badly. Lame geezer mall-thrash from a band that couldn't possibly jump any more sharks.

The cover is kind of cool though.

I've talked some mad shit about Slayer in the past. I think I even voted them CRAP. But I totally dig this new record. I heard it like 5 times in a row at this bar last night and it was super rocking. You can sing "Angel of Death" over no less than four tunes.

Slayer is funny. Tom Araya might be a cool guy, but that Kerry King is probably a douche. I think I've come around on these guys.

Just wanted to alert my UK colleagues that Virgin Megastores seem to be selling most of the Slayer back catalogue at £5.99 at the moment.

This beats the hell out of the £15-odd that the remastered editions are going for.

I heard it, didn´t like it, but could be a grower, who knows. I´m pretty sure there´s no "Spirit In Black" or "War Ensemble" in there, though. I found the vocals particularly annoying and in-your-face in a truly forced way.
