shouldn't the title be 'favourite'?
I truly do enjoy spelling it that way. I don't do it for color or humor, but favourite is nice. I like.

A friend of mine's brother was at a bar with his old English punk friend. Said punk was hitting on an unattractive woman. When she got up to use the bathroom his friend asked him: "You're not serious about going home with this woman, are you?" to which the other replied:
When you're poking at the hearth you don't go looking at the mantel.
I've never heard if this was a common saying or not.
