not necessarily. i think terraform wins the award for most bizarre shellac album. at action park is certainly the most traditional, and 1000 hurts seems to be somewhere in the middle.

I like to think of them as progressively more subjective, like, I kinda had an opinion on at action park, but by 1000 hurts I was totally forming opinions and experiencing the music as a personal experience. like seriously like.

I love that new song Bob sings, the one that goes "Hey comrade..." The bridge makes me think of Cheap Trick.
